We've got farms, livestock, workshops, machinery and equipment – and great people.

If you have industry or training experience, and you are interested in a rewarding career working with young people, we want you to join our team.

Roles on offer

Whether you'd like a role managing staff or a position training students in farm operations or trades, you can find a job that suits you in our agricultural colleges and farm schools.

Farm managers

Our farm managers lead the farm operations with a focus on ensuring we operate at industry standard. This helps us to provide our students with the best learning environment. Experience in the agricultural industry is essential but we also have industry advisory groups to support our farm managers.

Farm training officers

These farm staff operate agricultural enterprises such as beef cattle, dairy, sheep, horticulture, pigs, cropping and meat processing. Our staff share their industry expertise with students as part of a formal coordinated training program. Industry experience is really important to us and we will train you if you don’t have formal qualifications.

Trades trainers

Our trades trainers work in our world-class industrial workshops training in mechanics, metal and woodwork and construction skills. Training and industry experience are highly valued.

We also offer so many other roles! Along with teachers of agriculture, maths, English, science and physical education, we also employ chefs, cooks, kitchenhands, administration officers, education assistants and more.
