Non-government student census
Non-government schools submit student census data each semester.
Twice a year, in February and August, non-government schools in Western Australia submit student data. The census collects data about all students from age 3 (pre-kindergarten) to Year 12. Student census data reports are published on school data and performance.
First semester student census (Term 1)

Second semester student census (Term 3)
- 4 August 2023
Non-government schools are emailed an access code during the first week of Terms 1 and 3. Access important information and use the Student Census system to complete the census. If your school did not receive an email, raise a request with our ICT Customer Service Centre.
