The construction of a new primary school in Treeby East will support families and benefit the growing local community.
Treeby East Primary School (planning name) will open in 2028.
The new school will open in 2028 and accommodate 650 students. It will include:
- an administration building
- a 7-classroom early childhood teaching block with associated play space
- 2 double-storey teaching blocks
- a specialist single-storey teaching block with teaching spaces for art, science and inclusive education
- a library and staff block
- a covered assembly building with music room and canteen
- parking, hardcourts and landscaping works.
The oval will be a full-size AFL oval, with associated amenities delivered by the City of Cockburn.
