We’re constructing a primary school at Banksia Grove in response to the rapidly growing local community.
Banksia Grove West Primary School (planning name) will open in 2027.
The new school will relieve enrolment pressures on Grandis Primary School and other schools in Perth’s fast-growing north-east corridor.
The new school will open in 2027 and accommodate 550 students, with additional facilities for approximately 50 students in an education support program. It will include:
- an administration, library and staff room block
- a kindergarten and pre-primary classroom block with a specialised play space
- an education support centre with staff areas, therapy room, sensory room and a covered area for bus drop off
- car and bike parking
- shade shelters and hard courts.
