Kerry is a highly experienced principal of 19 years. She is the substantive principal of Rockingham Senior High School where she has been for the past 15 years and was previously principal of Tom Price Senior High School.
Kerry is currently Principal Advisor in the Quality Teaching Support Team, a new initiative supporting principals and leadership teams across the public school system with high quality teaching in their schools.
Kerry has extensive experience in leading strategic planning, and creating and maintaining collaborative partnerships in primary and secondary schools.
She uses her exemplarily communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, staff and school communities. She has an acute understanding of managing change in complex school environments.
Kerry has extensive knowledge of the role of an Independent Public School principal working in an increasingly autonomous environment within the public school system, and a proven capacity to improve academic and non-academic outcomes for students.
