A school may apply to the Department to change its existing registration by:

To apply to add capacity email the Manager Education Regulation outlining:

The Department of Education assesses applications against the ESPRA, the ESOS and the National Code. Upon completion of an assessment, the Department will make a registration decision under the ESPRA and a recommendation to the Commonwealth Department of Education and Training about ESOS registration.

If registered, a school will appear on CRICOS.

A registered school is required to be compliant with the ESPRA, the ESOS and the National Code at all times. The Department may inquire into a school’s compliance at any time during the school’s term of registration.
