2026 Premier’s Anzac Student Tour ambassadors announced

The ten ambassadors who will represent Western Australian schools for the 2026 Premier’s Anzac Student Tour have been announced.
The group will travel to Darwin and Singapore during the April school holidays, where they will explore Australia’s wartime history and commemorate the 81st anniversary of the end of World War II, plus the 84th anniversary of both the bombing of Darwin, and the fall of Singapore.

For many of the students, the journey will hold special personal meaning, with several having family connections to the military.
They will visit significant historical sites and participate in commemorative services, as they honour the courage, resilience and spirit of those who served, while deepening their understanding of the legacy of the Anzacs.

- Maya Gallegos - Year 9, Collie Senior High School
- Mikaela Phin - Year 9, Busselton Senior High School
- Adelle Hoddy - Year 10, Dowerin District High School
- Henriette Hoger - Year 10, Kolbe Catholic College
- Josiah Simmons - Year 10, Hedland Senior High School
- Shylah Broux - Year 10, Shenton College
- Amy Newton-Norris - Year 11, John Curtin College of the Arts
- Bronte McGillivray Year 11, Lumen Christi College
