The West Australian and Best Australian Yarn The West Australian
As a literacy challenge, the Premier's Reading Challenge is delighted to sponsor the youth categories of the world's richest short story competition, The Best Australian Yarn. 
Founded by The West Australian, students are encouraged to either contribute short stories or read the work of their peers and log them as valid entries for the 2023 Premier's Reading Challenge.
