Applying and fees

Applying and fees

Applying for a place is an easy process and we are more than happy to help.

Apply for a place at our residential college. Before you apply for a place, we recommend you come to one of our open days where you can meet staff and check out the facilities we have for students. Alternatively, you can contact us to arrange a personal tour at a time that works for you.

If possible, we recommend talking with other parents or students who are already part of our residential college community to learn more about college life.

Apply for a place

Download and complete an Application for a Residential Place. We can also send copies to you if you contact us.

We will also require the applicant's latest school report and an acceptance letter from your chosen secondary school.

Please submit your completed application, along with the $50 application fee. You can pay in person, over the phone, by email or bank transfer. For payment details, refer to how to pay.

Application assessment

We will assess your application once we receive it. Our college manager may request a meeting with you and your child. We may ask for additional information.

We will inform you of the outcome of your application as soon as possible.

Accept the offer of a place

If we offer your child a place, we will invite you to enter into a boarding agreement. To find out what is included in the agreement, refer to our sample boarding agreement.

To accept the offer, return the signed boarding agreement to us along with any extra documents and the $300 bond. You can pay in person, over the phone, by mail or via bank transfer. For payment details, refer to how to pay.

Fees

When accepting a place at a residential college, parents agree to pay the annual boarding fee, which covers your child’s bedroom, meals, college facilities and general care and development. The boarding fee is $15,536 but you may be eligible for allowances or subsidies, which can reduce these costs. To find out more about your eligibility for these allowances and subsidies, download the Residential college costs for 2026.

For overseas students, the boarding fee is $26,857.

Additional costs may apply for individual services provided to your child. These services may include, but are not limited to, personal tutoring, medical services and supplies, transport, uniforms, camps and outings.
