This procedure outlines health and safety training requirements, reporting hazards and incidents, conducting investigations at workplaces, information about health and safety representatives and committees, and issue resolution relating to work health and safety within the Department of Education. Access to Department online services and Department owned devices is provided to assist the Department in achieving its goals. The Department expects employees to use these resources in an ethical, legal, appropriate and acceptable manner.

The Workplace Bullying policy affirms the Department’s commitment to safe, equitable and non-discriminatory workplaces, and guides employees and line managers in the prevention and effective management of bullying in the workplace.
