The procedures specify, for all groups of employees, a procedurally fair approach that balances development requirements with accountability, in accordance with the role being performed.

The Workplace Bullying policy affirms the Department’s commitment to safe, equitable and non-discriminatory workplaces, and guides employees and line managers in the prevention and effective management of bullying in the workplace.

All Department of Education employees must only use software products in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the software license. Workplace managers must ensure that procedures are in place to manage record keeping, procurement, registration, installation, management, transfer and disposal of software licenses for those software products used within the workplace.
